Who we are
Natural World is an independent editorial team publishing health guides, supplement comparisons and ingredient breakdowns. We are not a clinical practice: we do not offer medical consultations, diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.
What we do is read the studies, check the labels and write the answers we wish were easier to find. From “which iron won’t upset my stomach” to “what is worth taking in my 40s”, we treat each question as something that deserves a real answer, not a marketing pitch.

Best-of comparisons
Supplement categories ranked on the criteria that matter for each one: form, dose, tolerance, value.
Product reviews
One product, looked at closely: what’s in it, who it suits, who should skip it.
Quick answers
Plain answers to the questions women actually search: how long iron takes, what helps with heavy periods.
How we work
Evidence over opinion
We work from official guidance (NHS, NICE, EFSA) and peer-reviewed studies. When evidence is thin, we say so.
Criteria stated upfront
Every ranking explains its criteria: form, dose, third-party testing, value. We adapt them to each category.
Honest comparisons
If a top pick has trade-offs, we say what they are. Nobody pays for placement.
Reader-first writing
The words people actually use. No jargon for its own sake, no filler before the answer.
